Bring Your Event to Life on the Pemberton Visitor Centre Website
Pemberton is at its best when the community is buzzing — markets on the village green, live music under the karri trees, seasonal celebrations, food and wine events, workshops, sporting days, and everything in between.
Visitors love discovering what’s happening locally, and locals want to know how they can support community events.
The challenge? We can only promote the events we know about.
If you’re hosting an event — big or small — we’d love to help you share it.

To make it easy, we’ve created a simple Event Submission Form. It gives staff everything they need to create a professional event listing and optional blog feature.

When you send your event details to the Visitor Centre, you help:

What we need from you
To make your listing shine, please send us:
1. Event Details
- Event name
- Date & time
- Venue/location
- Booking link (if relevant)
- Cost (if any)
- Contact person or organiser
2. A Short Description
A few lines is perfect. Tell us:
- what the event is about
- who it’s for
- why someone would enjoy it
3. Images (very important!)
Please include 1–2 horizontal photos (JPEG/PNG).
These appear on the Events page and often determine whether a visitor clicks through.
4. Optional: A Story for a Blog Feature
If you’d like more exposure, you can add a short story. For example:
- how the event started
- what inspired you
- who’s involved
- what makes it special in Pemberton
We’ll shape this into a polished blog post.
