Warren National Park
Warren National Park is home to some of the State’s most majestic old-growth karri and marri forest. The 3,131-hectare park is regarded as a prime example of virgin karri forest.

Description
Warren National Park contains some of Pemberton's most beautiful old-growth karri/marri forest . Drive the Heartbreak Trail Scenic Drive through the Warren River valley and while away the time along the river edge at one of the many picnic sites or at the Heartbreak Crossing (not suitable for caravans or large vehicles). Visit the Warren Lookout along the drive or walk the 1.2km trail from the Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree to the lookout. Walk the 10.6km Warren River Loop Walk or launch a canoe at one of the many canoe launching ramps along the river. Camping is available at Drafty's Campsite and Warren Campsite on a first in,first served basis (there are self-registration stations at each campsite, camping fees apply). Warren National Park is home to the Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree, the tallest climbing tree in the world, and the Marianne North Tree, a distinctive old-growth karri tree that was painted by English traveller Marianne North in 1880. This painting is now displayed at the Kew Gardens. Warren National Park is accessed by Old Vasse Rd, an unsealed road constructed by convicts in the 1870's. From Pemberton travel towards Northcliffe on Pemberton-Northcliffe Rd or Nannup on Vasse Hwy and turn onto Old Vasse Rd. From Northcliffe head north towards Pemberton and turn left onto Old Vasse Rd just past the Warren River bridge.
